Custom & Personalized Items
To begin with, all custom, personalized, and engraved items are final sale. Therefore, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these products. Before you place your order, please double-check all spelling, dates, monograms, and design selections. This step helps prevent errors. Janssen Mercantile does not take responsibility for mistakes approved during checkout.
No Exchanges
In addition, we do not offer exchanges on any items. Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
However, if your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product, contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected]. Be sure to include the following:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item and packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Once we review your request, we will confirm whether the issue resulted from our error or shipping damage. If so, we will either replace the item or issue a refund at our discretion.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase, provided production has not started. After engraving begins, we cannot cancel the order.
